3. Not at home?
If the shipment cannot be delivered because no one is found at the collection address, the shipment will be returned to the depot. The addressee is informed about the delivery by means of a notification, which is left at the delivery address. This also includes the options for a second delivery and/or collection of the shipment. If the addressee does not respond within 5 working days after the first delivery, the shipment will be returned to WW Group. We will charge extra for the shipping costs to resend the package.

4. Have it delivered to a different address?
It is possible to have your order delivered to a different address. You can indicate this when ordering. Please note: it is not possible to have the package delivered to a PO Box number.

5. Pick up your order in our store in Belgium.
You are always welcome in our store in Antwerp, however, ordering online and having it set aside in the store is no longer possible. 

6. Returning packages to WW Group:
