1. How much are the shipping costs
The shipping costs vary per country. Below is the overview:
Due to the poor deliveries in Belgium and the Netherlands from Bpost we have transferred to PostNL which can guarantee our deliveries within 24 hours both in Belgium and in the Netherlands.

2. When will my order be delivered?
We sell approximately 8500 different products. We have many of these products in stock. If we have your product in stock, we will send it immediately.
Orders that arrive with us before 6 PM will be processed the same day. On the website you can consult the status of your order via your personal login.
On the day of sending you will receive an e-mail with the track and trace code so that you can follow the package.
3. Not at home?
If the shipment can not be delivered because no one is found at the pick-up address, the shipment will be returned to the depot. The addressee is informed about the delivery by means of a notification which is left at the delivery address. This also includes the possibilities for a second delivery and / or collection of the shipment. If the addressee does not respond within 5 working days after the first delivery, the shipment will be returned to the WW Group. The shipping costs to resend the package will be charged extra.
4. Delivery to a different address?
It is possible to have your order delivered to another address. You can indicate this during ordering. Note: it is not possible to have the package delivered to a PO Box number.

6. Return of packages to WW Group:
If you want to return a package to Haarboetiek you must first contact the customer service. You then send an e-mail to: firstname.lastname@example.org
Everyone is free to send things back to us. But clearly describe why you want to return the package. You will receive a message from us. After you have consulted with us about the return shipment, you package the products properly (may in the box in which you received the product). You write on the invoice possibly what the problem is / was and send the invoice along with the product.
Packaging is unopened and is therefore expected back in ready-to-use packaging.
We do not accept any equipment with user tracks and/or damaged packaging. Also used devices will not be taken back, if this is the package will be refused in return and returned.
Returning definition of products and/or tools is that you receive the product you can look at it and then possibly return it.
Products that are first been used once like curling iron or hair dryer for a week to test and then send back are not covered. These are used devices and are not covered, they are no longer salable due to hygienic reasons.
products where you use some from before sending back is also not allowed.
Of course, the shipping costs will be reimbursed 100% if an error was made by WW Group.
