1. How much are the shipping costs
Shipping costs vary from country to country. Below you will find the overview:

Bpost's poor deliveries in Belgium and the Netherlands have led us to move to PostNL, which can guarantee our deliveries within 24 hours, both in Belgium and in the Netherlands.

2. When will my order be delivered?
We sell about 8500 different products. Many of these products are in stock. If we have your product in stock, we will send it immediately.

Orders received by us before 18:00 are processed on the same day. On the website, you can check the status of your order through your personal login.

On the day of shipping you will receive an email with the track and trace code so you can follow the package.

3. Not at home?
If the shipment can not be delivered, because no one is found at the collection address, the shipment returns to the deposit. The consignee will be notified of the delivery by means of a notification, which is left at the delivery address. This also includes the possibilities for a second delivery and / or pickup of the shipment. If the recipient is not responded within 5 business days after the first delivery, the shipment returns will be sent to WW Group. The shipping costs to ship the package will be charged.

4. Have delivery at another address?
It is possible to have your order delivered to another address. This can be indicated when ordering. Please note that it is not possible to send the package to a mailbox number.

6. Returns of Packages to WW Group:

Everyone is free to send everyone back, but clearly explain why you want to send the package back. You will receive a message from us. After consulting with us about the return shipment, you properly pack the products (may be in the box in which you received the product). You may write on the invoice what the problem is / was and send the invoice with the product.

Packages are unopened and are therefore expected back in ready-to-order packaging.

We do not accept any devices with user traces and / or damaged packaging. If this is the case, the package is refused and returned.

Of course, shipping costs will be refunded 100% if WW Group made a mistake.

8. Pick up order in the store
It is possible to pick up your order in our shop Megastore. The ability to pick up your order can be selected in the ordering process. You must pay in advance. Once your order is ready, you will receive an email.
