Dear Customer,

You receive a guarantee of 2 years on all devices as required by the Belgian legislator.
This is for our consumer who uses this at home.
There is however one exception and this is for professionals there the guarantee is reduced to

• 1 year for Babyliss Pro & CHI Devices.
• 6 months for all other brands.

This is so imposed by the manufacturer.

We send many devices without filling out the guarantee cards, you must keep these guarantee cards, because in case of a defect, the device must come back to us with that warranty voucher.

The warranty period starts to run as soon as you place and pay the order.
the date on that invoice is the start date of your warranty period.

Returning to us is on the customer's account, Haarboetiek takes care of the forwarding to the manufacturer and hairdressing will also take care of shipping back to the customer.
